Ingredients:
1 egg
1.5 scoops protein powder or almond flour
1 banana mashed
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen, defrosted) (plus another 1/2 cup of raspberries for sauce)
1 cup greek yogurt
1/3 cup sliced almonds
pinch of baking soda
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine mashed banana, eggs, protein powder, baking soda and cocoa powder in a medium bowl and mix well
3. Add slide almonds, 1/3 cup greek yogurt and 1/2 cup raspberries to the bowl and mix
4. Lightly grease a baking dish and scoop batter onto the dish (each pancake needs about a golf ball sized scoop of batter)
5. Bake for about 15 minutes
6. For the sauce: combine remaining greek yogurt and remaining raspberries
7. Top the pancakes off with the sauce and some fresh blueberries
8. Nom nom nom!
